During my Christmas stay, I appreciated two essential features offered by this hotel: its cleanliness and comfortable beds. The location was also ideal, just a walking distance from public transport, which made it easy to see and experience the city. I enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast, which was delicious and had a variety of options.
Some negative aspects affected my experience. the hotel's staff were not always friendly or helpful.

Excellent location for public transport and restaurants. Room was spacious and well presented.
Wifi didn't work, telly didn't work and my room smelt of smoking. Friend's room had working telly and no trace of smoking so only niggle for them was the wifi.

My experience was appaling! I arrived at 11.15pm, the keycode given to me did not work, the emergency telephone number went to an answering machine, I was alone in a strange city. At 12.30am kind hotel guests arrived, let me in and gave me a bed in one of their rooms for the night. The hotel manager was not available until a further 2 days had elapsed. In the meantime the computer operator gave me a newly renovated room though without chair or desk, The promised Wifi did not work on my room level. I had to ask for an apology. Recompense - no charge for the night I was locked out!

The hostel is situated in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance to many popular attractions. the cost of our stay was very low, which made it a great value for the price. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and stay comfortable and easy.
The cleanliness of the room. It could have been cleaner and fresher, especially the linens.

The location was excellent for my purposes. Accommodation was very good , breakfast was as expected. The staff were very helpful and obliging.
Little noisy and not very private due to being located on a busy main road- otherwise no complaints.

We booked an Apartment for four with cooking facilities, but was given a small room with no cooking facilities. We asked to change and was then given a big dormitory with one room with 3 beds and a connecting room with 8 beds. The stove was inside a wardrobe with a sink. There was no chair or dining table and also no cooking utensils, plates, cups or cutlery. Put it simply, except the stove and a kettle, they had provided you with nothing, not even a cup for tea. The guy at the reception told us that we asked for stove and there was a stove provided. Anyway, he was kind enough to give us one spoon, one knife and four glasses.

Easy to find, parking spots in the direct surroundings, room and bathroom were clean, evening staff was friendly.
Morning staff founded it a bit difficult to believe that I did not have the breakfast. The beds are between soft and hard but a little short if you measure 1.90 m. It fitted, but comfort is something else.

good breakfast in nice wintergarden, huge TV, close to public transport
staff could not help a lot with public transport, hard bed, only soft cushions, huge TV, but without HD set up poor quality, second mirror in the bathroom needed, no hooks,
